Kopsa Gold-Copper Project

Kopsa Gold-Copper Project (Flagship)

  • JORC (2012) Resource: 814,800oz AuEq at 1.09g/t
  • 69% in Measured and Indicated categories
  • High-grade shallow mineralisation with 90% of resource within 150m from surface
  • Expansion drilling planned (4,500m)
  • Immediate shallow and deeper growth targets
  • Conditional mining concession granted
  • Located 40km from Pyhäsalmi plant and 100km from Laiva mill
  • Rail access 5km from site

The Kopsa Project is Nordic’s flagship asset and one of Finland’s largest undeveloped gold deposits. The near-surface resource is characterised by broad, consistent intersections with a higher-grade core and amenable geometry for potential open-pit development. The project is supported by robust metallurgy and has demonstrated extremely efficient resource growth, with 73oz AuEq added per metre drilled in recent campaigns.

Kopsa is strategically located with road and rail connections to nearby toll treatment facilities. A conditionally granted mining licence, active in-country support, and shallow mineralisation make Kopsa a compelling near-term production opportunity. Upcoming exploration will focus on shallow extensions, deeper Cu-Au system targets, and nearby satellite discoveries.
